Wanderful stay of 2 couples

We (2 couples) stayed at Bohemia apartments for 3 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is incredibly spacious, airy, bright and clean. It has a huge kitchen with a dining table in it, a small sofa/TV area beside it, and two bedrooms. The apartment is on the second floor, with a cafe and a bakery (very good breads and croissants) on the ground floor. There are many cafes, bakeries, cheese shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby (there's a natural foods store across the street), and a couple of trams run right in front of the house. Although it is a vibrant area, it is a quiet apartment. It isn't very clear from the photos, but the apartment surrounds a courtyard and has a balcony going all around it. All the windows face into this courtyard, which only you have access to. This is nice, but one result is that the second bedroom (which is bigger, with a sofa in it) connects to the other rooms through the first bedroom, unless you walk along the covered balcony (which is not difficult). This makes it a bit less private than most two-bedrooms, but the rooms are quite nice. All the appliances work well (including WIFI, the washer/dryer, and dishwasher--the TV worked, but only got CNN, but we didn't mind since we weren't in Prague to watch TV). The apartment is decorated and furnished in a uniform Ikea style, but it is comfortable. Before arrival, we thought the location was going to be less than ideal since it looks a bit away from the old city on the map, but we were really happy once we arrived since the old city in the summer is so swarmed with tourists that it was nice to experience an area where people actually live. And, it was only a 15 minute walk to the main square anyway. The area felt very safe, even walking home late at night. Only thing we missed was having top sheets for the beds. We had comforters where the covers were fresh, but in the summer you don't need such heavy blankets, and we're used to having a sheet in any case.

Prague apartment with the greatest view!

The greatest view, the apartment is clean, with the best cleaning supplies, nice and spacious. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Apartments exclusively for rest of family because there are all the household appliances, as well as competent layout comfortable for a family holiday. Excellent location allows the family to move around and enjoy the beauty of Prague without renting of the car. 10 minutes walk from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. More remote historical sites can be visited using public transport, which is located a minute walk from the apartment. Especially like to mention compassion and understanding staff, especially manager Zuzana, with whom we had correspondence during six months and without her help our wedding would not have gone so well. “LOVED IT!!! Highly recommended...”

It's always nice to find a nugget of happiness - and the Bohemia apt was one of those "nuggets".. We were trying to plan a last minute trip to Prague, which included staying somewhere near the city's center - not in it - but not interested in "BFE" either. (that's American slang for... someplace FAR away..) We had 4 kids, and 3 adults - which normally would require 2 hotel rooms. On average, we were looking at spending 200E-400E per night, but Bohemia came in at 100E..! Not to mention, it is a fully equipped apartment.! Totally in love with this place - when we return to Prague, or when anyone asks- we'll recommend it *hands down* as one of the neatest places to stay.

Well eqipped and modern Prague apartment 

The apartment is at it looks: very clean, modern, and well-equipped. One can see the sights from the window, with a great view and activity along the waterfront. The managers are responsive to any requests. There is some noise in the evening until ten pm from the bar/cafe below.

Spacious apartment in Prague!

This appartment is well located in Prague centre (10 min walking to the old town square). It is as spacious as it seems on the pics and well furnished (we could put on czech radio when waking up and that was really great, good actual music really). It is not easy to spot the place. It's really close to the Starbucks. Other than that it's pretty cosy, the bathroom is big, towel and linen are provided and clean.

Very nice and comfortable place in Prague

Very nice place which made our stay in Prague extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and quite spacious, although the photos do make the rooms look a tad larger than they actually are. We stayed here as a group of 4 college students and had a blast. Perfect location in the middle of Wenceslas Square...steps away from everything (Mustek Metro, Tesco, Mucha Museum restaurants, live music, nightclubs, shopping, fast food, etc.) The location and friendly staff at reception made this place very worth it & I would recommend to any groups of 3 or more. Only a few drawbacks: We had a strong wi-fi signal only 85% of the time- not bad, but not great.

Lovely apartment and extremely central

Lovely apartment and extremely central. Close to all three metro lines with restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. No air conditioning but plenty of doors and windows to compensate. Clean, safe and well worth the money.

Myself, my wife, her aunt, and our two small children (11 months & 2 years) travelled to Prague in late June for a few days. This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well appointed, and nicely laid out. The crib they provided was really nice! Most of the stuff in the apartment is Ikea, which is fine by me. Fashionable yet functional. The last minute nature of our plans had me concerned as I didn't really get a chance to communicate with the owner in advance, however my concerns were put to rest once we arrived in Prague. Zuzana had arranged for a taxi to pick us up and despite a little confusion as to where to meet, we got there no problem. The apartment is situated on Vodickova Street, where it meets with Jungmannova. Not right on the "main strip", so it's quiet enough at night, without being too far from everything. There is a nice bakery on the ground floor of the building, which has some delicious breads. I believe the listing when we looked at it showed a cafe in the same building, but it had closed down by the time we were there. The apartment had everything we needed and sure beat staying in a hotel when we had 3 times the space at half the price. Some advice and minor criticisms would be: - The TV was a little small and old - but we weren't there to watch TV - The WiFi was a little wonky at times - but this a very minor annoyance - If you are coming via train, the apartment is very close to the station and shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to get there. Always confirm the price with the taxi driver first. The driver who picked us up, I didn't confirm with, and we realized only when we had another driver drop us off, that the first must have taken us the long way as the first was twice as much as the second. I would say from the main station you shouldn't pay more than 250 CK The first guy charged us 400 CK - If you are travelling with small children and need to use a stroller, get/bring one with big rubber tires! We had two strollers we brought from home, one was decent but the other was a cheapo and our poor 11 month old son had quite the jittery ride over all of the cobblestone streets! Hard to sleep when you're going over those!! Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place. We were VERY close to booking one of the other "high-end" apartments, but (thankfully) it didn't work out and we ended up with this great place, well located, and at half the price! Cheers! 

Great stay in Prague

We recommend taking a cab provided through this hotel because our friend who was staying with us had trouble finding this place. It took her 2 hours because no one knew where this place was. However, the place was in a very convenient location with an impeccable view of Charles bridge. Any other hotel in this area with a view like that would be well over $200 a night. The room was clean and very modern. Overall this stay was great and we definitely recommend staying here. We accidentally left two big chocolate bars in the fridge, so whoever stays there next, ENJOY! They are from Italy! ;)

The Apartment we stayed in was the perfect spot for a group of friends to rent. Spacious, clean and welcoming - from the young lady at the front desk to the helpful travel agency on the main floor - everyone was friendly and efficient.

Great stay in Prague!!!

The room was clean and in a great location. We could see the castle and Charles Bridge from our window (as the picture shows). The room had lots of space and high ceilings. Two large windows let in a lot of natural sunlight (there are curtains if you prefer). The person who checked us in was very nice, and we were able to arrange a late checkout. The WiFi was strong. The bathroom had an independent heating system which I imagine would be quite nice in the winter (we stayed during the summer). Overall, we had a great stay. I highly recommend this.

“Excellent luxurious & spacious accommodation close to Wenceslas Square”

I travelled to Prague with friends in May 2011 for an extended birthday celebration. Bohemia Apartments are in a prime location, situated just off Wenceslas Square, and easily within walking distance. 

The apartments themselves are finished to a high specification, very spacious and modern & provide you with all modern amenities including digital TV & CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, not that we made much use of it as we tended to dine out! There's even a utility room within the apartment. Also, our room had a sun terrace/balcony overlooking small inner courtyard.

We travelled to Prague as a party of 7, and hired 2 separate apartments within the building. Me & my friends were highly impressed with the apartments, as they are great value for money and certainly would consider staying here again if we returned to Prague in the near future. Also, the staff are very welcoming, & extremely helpful, especially Zuzana, without whom our stay would not as run as smoothly & been as enjoyable as it was.

I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone travelling in small groups or as a family (of 4) to Prague.

“Great Apartments in perfect location”

Went with a group of friends and the apartments were perfect to explore the city. The apartments were perfect for my stag do as it was easy to get to all the best nightlife spots, but the apartments would be equally suited for a family aiming to explore the city. 

The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable with modern facilities including free wifi which was fantastic as my phone would not connect to the local network. One room was a twin, another a double (comfortable for 2 friends but would also be ok for a couple) and then the lounge had a double also.

The security was good and the staff on reception were very helpful. We arrived late to the apartments but the owners were more than happy to accomodate us. There was also a place for us to keep our bags on the last day after we had checked out.

Can't recommend these apartments enough!

“Prague - a great city”

Prague is a very very great city and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! 

As brilliant as the city also the appartement was! :) Very friendly welcom and uncomplicated payment!

The appartements size is excellent and we had even two bathrooms! All necessaries are available (see internet site). There was even a balcony for smokers ;)

My husband and I stayed in Charles Bridge No.5 Bohemia Apartments Prague Old Town during May 2011. We were very pleased with our accommodation, its location and cleanliness. The view from our apartment was straight onto the Charles Bridge and we could not have asked for a better view. Access to the Old Town Centre was just around the corner, a 2 minute walk at most. Any minor queries or information requested by us, were immediately attended to by the wonderful management team, who were extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was very modern and situated on the 2nd floor of a quiet building. Downstairs was a restaurant, food was good and it was very convenient for tired travellers arriving, to be able to have a meal on the spot. We highly recommend this apartment. The duration of our stay was 4 nights.

A great apartment in an ideal location for discovering Prague.

I was celebrating my 60th Birthday in Prague and took my family with me - 6 of us. Bohemia apartments arranged collection from the airport which was most efficient and good value. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described on the website. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen utensils are adequate. Tv channels are extremely limited if you want English language! It is not full Wifi merely an USB dongle for a laptop, so iPhones, etc do not work. Bathrooms are good and showers powerful. The Representative was brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Eat at the arkitects Club, it is amazing and great value. Avoid the taxis on the rank in the Wenceslas Square - ours was a drunken thief who tried to charge ?35 (as shown on his meter!) for a 5 minute journey. Nowhere worth visiting in Prague appears to be more than a 15 mins walk away. The Segway Guided Tour was brilliant.

My Prague Apartment was Good as I expected

I appreciated cleanness, comfort and quiet (especially considering the fact that the apartment was right next to the centre).

The apartment was well appointed, clean and tidy and kitchen well equiped. Location off Wenceslas Square absolutely central. Would defininitely return to apartment if available (tried to book for March, unfortunately nothing available) but have booked other Bohemia apartments close by.

Perfect location for a trip to Prague!

Situated directly on Wenceslas Square, these apartments are a perfect choice for a trip to Prague. Only ten minutes walk to the Old Town and Charles Bridge.

The entrance and stairwell are quite basic but there is a lift. On entering the attic apartment we were delighted at the size and quality, also, as we went in December and it was very cold outside, we found it lovely and warm on arrival and we could adjust the heating ourselves. There were two separate bedrooms, one double with ensuite and a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom - which was good as we were two couples. The large open-plan living area was comfortable with a sofa and two armchairs, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. 

Prague is a fascinating city and can definately recommend going in December to experience the Christmas markets which were amazing.

December in Prague definetely worthspending

We spent beautiful time in Prague. If you want to be in the centre of everything definetely choose this appartment. If you have any question or problem just do not hesitate to contact a reception desk. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is really comfortable not have to travel accross the whole city to enjoy your stay. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars and clubs around the main square. If you are a shoppoholic definetely do not miss a big shopping centre Palladium app. 10 min walking from the appartment.

Great Prague Apartment Vacation Rental

The apartment was in a great location. The front reception was very nice and available most of the time. It was located on one of the large squares/tourist areas, but it was very quiet. Very comfortable beds and rooms. It was a great!

The recepcionist was very kind to arrange our transport to the airport which was much cheaper than airport Taxi...We had chance to leave our luggages in their storage...

Very enjoyable, troublefree and comfortable apartments in Prague

Dealing with Bohemia apartments is one of the best travel experiences i have. I visit Praha every 8 weeks on business and I have never had a negative experience with them or their apartments. Always on time, efficient, polite and the apartments clean, fully supplied and warm. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not go anywhere else.

Great central location of Prague apartment

This apartment has a great central location - 5 minutes from Wenscelas Sq. but is also very quiet & bright. The apartment is located over a quiet courtyard (with all rooms enjoying natural light) and doesn't suffer from ANY street noise, further the quiet cafe below is only open daytimes. Well equiped kitchen, a toilet/laundry room in addition to another bathroom.

Bohemia Apartments was a home from home. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was a real little gem as it ‘s very well situated, walking distance to most attractions such as the castles and Charles bridge.

Amazing Prague apartment

This apartment was amazing. It was well fitted out and very spacious and modern. Location wise it is very central (only a 3 minute walk up the road to Wenceslas Square)and so easy to get back to after a day out and about. It is so well placed for all public transport services. The entrance door/gates are located immediately to the left of a lovely little 'Deli Shop' selling amazing cheeses and meats etc. The company and staff that ran the apartments were brilliant. There were no bathroom towels in the apartment when we arrived and we had none with us, so I contacted them to let them know and they sent someone over with some for us. There is a 'Quiet Night Policy' in operation at the apartments (between 9pm and 8am I think) so it would suit those wanting a peaceful night. Access: I am not sure if the apartments have lift access anywhere as I could not see one; But as we are all able bodied adults and were on the 1st Floor it was not really an issue for us. Would I go there again? Yes, for sure, as soon as I can get some time out this summer I will be calling them.

Bohemia Apartments - Excellent accommodation in central Prague - This apartment was amazing. It was well fitted out and very spacious and modern. Clean and central Prague apartments

Clean and central with a great ground floor cafe - Lovely clean apartment and just off Wenceslas Square so central to all the sights and sounds, but at night the rooms are so quiet you can almost hear a pin drop :D Try the cafe downstairs for a delicious brunch. One criticism: we could find no computer in our apartment though the advert states there is one? Also, take a tip and do the free city walk that meets in the Old Square - fantastic, wish I'd known about it last time I visited Prague. Also, prices are cheaper in the area at the back of the Natural History Museum at the top of Wenceslas Square. To get to the apartment, get the bus to Dejvicka from the airport then the train (metro) to Mustek and it's 3 min walk - spot on! Enjoy :D

Spacious apartment in a central location - We stayed in the 1-bed apartment [sleeps 7], whih is a lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Our 2 kids loved it and had plenty of room to be kids. There are lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment, makig it a great place to stay.

Great place to stay - We feel that we have found a real gem. The accommodation was in a perfect place. We was able to walk every where. It wa clean and there was plenty of space. It was very safe and we felt we could leave our belongings in the apartment saftly. We would recomend this to anyone

Clean, spacious apartment very centrally located - The apartment was clean, neutral, tastefully decorated. Perfect size for the three of us. Bathroom was small but beautiful. Michael responded quickly to our queries and was very accommating with our requests.

Nice location, great price - Lovely apartment, nice location, not far from main attractions and 5 min walk to Mustek Metro station. Fully equipped, and finished in a clean and modern style. Would recommend without hesitation.

Spacious two levels Prague apartment

Spacious two levels apartment in the 3rd floor with two separate bedrooms in different levels so you have enough privacy - one bedroom is in the 1st floor and the other in the 2nd floor with private bathroom (shower). Another bathroom with bathtube is next to bedroom in the first level. Large lounge area with another two beds for sleeping. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. Even the apartment is located in the Prague's main avenue you have tranquility becouse all windows are located to coutyard. In the building is restaurant and pizzeria. Reception downstairs was open untill night hours. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Prague apartment if you need space

We had a very difficult trip to Prague--read medical emergency! The young lady that greeted us at the apartment was more than gracious and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were taken care of. The apartment was lovely and clean--looked just like the pictures. The fixtures to the wall in the front bathroom were not extremely sturdy. Our 8 year old found this out, but again, the apartment managers were very helpful and understanding. I have recommended this apartment to others with good reports. Excellent if you need space and a central location to explore this beautiful city!

Top Prague apartment - Stopped here in feb 2009 with 6 freinds and really enjoyed it. Its a 1 min walk from the square and all other attractions. The apartment is done really smart inside and out.

Absolutely perfect Prague Apartment

Absolutely perfect with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Customer Service was excellent, they arranged transport from the airport for us and very resonable price, (700 CZK = approx £22 at the time of writing, for an 8 seater minibus) and was waiting outside to hand over the keys when we arrived at 22:00 Location was perfect, literally 2 minutes walk from the main tourist area of Wenceslas Square, a supermarket only 1 minute away provided cheap food and beer. Restaurants and bars in easy walking reach. The hotel is in such a good location, that other than to and from the airport, not once was it necessary for us to use public transport, although it does run like clockwork. Old town square is only 10 minutes walk and the famous charles bridge is just a further 5 minutes.

Excellent and huge Prague apartment

Excellent central position with all shops and transports, and 2 mins walk from Wenceslas Square. Huge and very quiet flat in a secure building, completely furnished and with a fully equiped kitchen. Great for a weekend or a week (or more!) with friends or a family and excellent value for money. As it is a flat, there's of course no breakfast or other meal included but everything needed is in the kitchen so that's easy to cook on your own! Very good service from the very friendly and available staff. I hope to go back there around Christmas and I recommend Bohemia Apartments!

Beautiful and clean Prague Apartment

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet comfortable and hidden away in a beautiful, secure building. Behind the massive wooden doors, was a cute little cafe and patio. Another locked door lead to the wide, spiral, wooden staircase and up one floor, to the apartment. The living room and bedroom have huge beautiful windows and incredible wood shutters that will totally block the light, if you desire. The bathroom is beautiful, with a huge tub. The kitchen is large, with everything you could possible need. A unbeatable location, for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The gentleman who helped us check in and check out was so friendly, kind and helpful. He let us know he was only a phone call away, day or night. We honestly cannot think of one thing we would change about the apartment. We will definitely stay at this apartment any and every time we are in Prague. Stay here! It will be one of the most memorable parts of your visit to the beautiful, welcoming city of Prague.

Prague apartments 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square

Great place, 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square, perfectly equiped and great staff, very friendly and available. If I ever go back to Prague, I'll go back there!

Well situated Prague apartment

Only few minutes on foot to discover the city without using public transport. Apartment well situated but little bit noisy neighbourhood (restaurant) Good amenities in the kitchen.

Clean and large apartment in Prague

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean and large. The pictures doesn't do the apartment any justice, you definatly need to see it to believe the size of it! There's a huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room (with tv, cd player)for 4 people to sleep(plus baby cot) and a seperate ensuite room with a double bed. The management were absolutely lovely, we picked and dropped off our keys with ease and they even booked us our taxi back to the airport. I would definately stay here again and have recommended it to all my friends. The location is perfect from the old town. What I loved about the apartment, everything. What I liked the least, I can't think of a single thing.

“Nice Apartment, Great Location”

We spent 4 nights here in March and the location couldn't have been better. Even with Prague's great public transportation, we walked everywhere, only using metro or bus to get to/from airport or train station.

The apartment is on the 2d floor (3rd american) and faces a courtyard so was pretty quiet. It is a good size and there were plenty of places to just sit and relax. The TV had satellite reception, but we didn't watch. The bathroom is small, but adequate and there was plenty of very hot water. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, but we had to supply paper goods - napkins and paper towels. The apartment has a washing machine if you want to do your laundry. We picked up detergent at the nearby Tesco supermarket. WIFI internet is included and was reliable. If you have any problems or questions with anything, they have a 24 hour phone line.
