Description
Modern Prague apartment in house with reception and lift in Prague city centre with parking. Right on the main boulevard Wenceslas Square. Two bedrooms, living room with dining area, bathroom and kitchen.
Situated right in the “Heart of Prague” on the main shopping boulevard Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti). Classical building from 1883 designed by architect Josef Peshka, nowadays in new-baroque design. This historical building was reconstructed a few years ago. The reception is situated on the ground floor.
Location
The complex is located at the upper part of the Wenceslas Square. In the vicinity of our Prague apartments you find many shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and important historical monuments.
Distances:
Metro stations "Mustek" and "Muzeum" are only 2 minutes walk away.
Tram stop "Vaclavske namesti" is 3 minutes walk away.
The main train station and Florenc bus terminal is 10 minutes walk.

By Car (from the main highway):
The main highway Dresden-Prague / Wienna - Prague is situated approximately 600 metres from the hotel.

Car Parking:
Parking meter on the street or public secure underground parking (600 CZK approx. 24 EUR/day). More info in the section FAQ, question 26 where is the list of parking places.
Public transport:

Important Informations
On the Check-in:
All guests are obliged to submit photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking and have to sign the accommodation agreement. We are entitled to require a security deposit at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
On the Check-out:
Late check-out possible only if agreed in advance.
Price:
All taxes, cleaning fees, bed sheets, linens, towels and all utensils you find are included in the price.
Hotel policies
Check-In: 15:00 - 21:00 hours (additional service costs for later arrivals is 350,-CZK or 15 EUR)
Check-Out: 07:00 - 11:00 hours
Cancellation: Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date ( local time ) are for free. Later we have to charge the first night as a cancellation fee. In case of a No-Show the whole stay will be charged! The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
Child policy: Children between the age of 0 and 6 years can stay for free in the room of the parents. Children undre the age of 15 years will get a 50% discount on the extra bed.
Accepted credit cards: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Very nice and comfortable place in PragueVery nice place which made our stay in Prague extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and quite spacious, although the photos do make the rooms look a tad larger than they actually are. We stayed here as a group of 4 college students and had a blast. Perfect location in the middle of Wenceslas Square...steps away from everything (Mustek Metro, Tesco, Mucha Museum restaurants, live music, nightclubs, shopping, fast food, etc.) The location and friendly staff at reception made this place very worth it & I would recommend to any groups of 3 or more. Only a few drawbacks: We had a strong wi-fi signal only 85% of the time- not bad, but not great. |

Recent stay in our Prague apartmentThe apartment was well appointed, clean and tidy and kitchen well equiped. Location off Wenceslas Square absolutely central. Would defininitely return to apartment if available (tried to book for March, unfortunately nothing available) but have booked other Bohemia apartments close by. |

Booking procedure

After clicking on "book now" button you will see the online booking form where please:
confirm your selection - you can add the extra person or adjust the dates - the price is calculating accordingly;
fill in your details - name, e-mail, address, contact phone, flight details, comments etc.;
choose the type of payment - for securing the reservation you pay the first night in advance.
Payment
You can pay using your credit card (we use 3D secured online payment system) or you can pay using the PayPal. After the online payment is succesfully authorised you will recieve the confirmation of the reservation to your e-mail box.
