By Car (from the main highway):
The main highway Dresden-Prague / Wienna - Prague is situated approximately 600 metres from the hotel.
Car Parking:
Parking meter on the street or public secure underground parking (600 CZK approx. 24 EUR/day). More info in the section FAQ, question 26 where is the list of parking places.
Important Informations
On the Check-in:
All guests are obliged to submit photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking and have to sign the accommodation agreement.
We are entitled to require a security deposit at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
On the Check-out:
Late check-out possible only if agreed in advance.
Price:
All taxes, cleaning fees, bed sheets, linens, towels and all utensils you find are included in the price.
Hotel Policies
Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00 hours (additional service costs for later arrivals is 350,-CZK or 15 EUR)
Check-Out: 07:00 - 11:00 hours
Cancellation: Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date ( local time ) are for free. Later we have to charge the first night as a cancellation fee. In case of a No-Show the whole stay will be charged!
The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
Child policy: Children between the age of 0 and 10 years can stay for free in the room of the parents. Children undre the age of 15 years will get a 50% discount on the extra bed.
Accepted credit cards: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

| Modern apartment in fantastic location at reasonable price - what more could you want? My three girlfriends and I stayed here for three nights and were sorry to leave! We usually stay in hostel or budget hotels, but this apartment was similarly priced so we thought we'd give it a go and were so glad we did. It was great to have a living room area to chill out in rather than being stuck in one room like in a hotel. Having been met at the airport by a taxi organised by the apartment (reasonably priced), we arrived a couple of hours earier than stated check in time, but were instantly given the keys and show to our apartment. The furniture was all modern (it was like walking round Ikea!) and the kitchen was better than mine at home! Jacuzzi was a welcome luxury after walking round Prague all day sightseeing. Well kitted out with heaters which you can adjust, we were cosy and snug even when it was -1 outside. Locationwise, this couldn't be better. It's just off the Old Town Square but was quiet and as a group of girls, we felt perfectly safe. The only downside is the poor quality of the pillows - there is only one each and is not much bigger than a cushion. That really is the only negative I can think of! Oh and the piano is not tuned! Would definitely stay here again. | ||||

Payment
You can pay using your credit card (we use 3D secured online payment system) or you can pay using the PayPal.
After the online payment is succesfully authorised you will recieve the confirmation of the reservation to your e-mail box.
