APARTMENTS

What is included in the price?

The price is all inclusive of gas, electricity, water, all taxes, cleaning fees, linen, towels, tea and coffee upon arrival and provision of a baby cot and/or high chair. Separate charges apply for taxi services and late check-in / check-out.

When can I check in?

Check-in starts from 15.00 and check-out is until 24.00.

Guests can check in earlier than 15.00 if the apartment was vacant the previous night or the previous guest is leaving early. We always try to have the apartments ready for you as quickly as possible.

Guests who arrive after 21.00 are considered late arrivals, and are charged an extra CZK 350 (EUR 15). Special conditions may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Is breakfast provided?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide breakfast. However, all our apartments have fully-equipped kitchens, and you’ll find many cafés and restaurants near the apartments. Many of these establishments serve breakfast. We can also help you to order the breakfast for you before your arrival.

Will my apartment have a lift?

Since most of our apartments are located in historic buildings, very few of them have fitted with lifts (please ask us or you can find it in each apartment description). If this could cause problems, we can find a ground floor or first floor apartment for you.

Will my apartment be centrally located?

Yes, all our apartments are located in the city centre.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We will do our best to meet your needs but we reserve the right to refuse a request for bringing your pet. Please note, that you will be charged a fee if your pet causes any damage to the apartment or the building in which it is located. Also we require a deposit to cover any incidential charges.

How many people can stay in the apartment?

Studio apartments: sleep 2-3 persons
1-bedroom apartments: sleep 2-4 persons
2-bedroom apartments: sleep 4-6 persons
3-bedroom apartments: sleep 6-12 persons

Can you take us to the apartment from the airport?

We offer an excellent transport service to and from the airport. It costs 600 CZK (approx. 25 EUR) for up to four people or 750 CZK for up to eight people. Please refer to the “TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT” section.

How can I get around Prague?

You’ll find a detailed map of Prague in your apartment. We also recommend that you read our blog article Getting arround Prague and our other blog post, which have comprehensive information about public transport in the city.

 

RESERVATION

In which languages can I send you my request?

Our friendly staff speak English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Slovak and Czech.

How do I make a reservation?

It’s easy – just complete the reservation form on our website. You can also reserve your apartment by e-mail, fax or telephone. You can guarantee the price of the accommodation by credit card and pay upon arrival, in cash or by credit/debit card or by PayPal. You can do so for your entire stay, or you can pay for one night and pay after you arrive for the remaining nights.

What does a credit card guarantee mean and how do I book with it?

Under the credit card guarantee system, we do not charge your credit card at all, but we will require your credit card details (name, number, expiry and CVC code – the last 3 printed digits of the number printed on the back of your credit card). The card will only be used for securing your reservation, and you will pay after your arrival.

How do I pay for any services I have booked?

You can pay in advance by credit card, by PayPal or you can make a bank transfer. Or, you can just guarantee the accommodation by credit card and pay at arrival in cash or by card.

How will I receive payment confirmation?

As soon as we receive your payment or your credit card details, we will make a final reservation and send you a confirmation voucher. This voucher is proof of the reservation and payment, and must be presented upon checking in . It includes your name, date of arrival and departure, name of the apartment, and the services to be provided. It also features our address and contact number.

Which currencies you accept?

In case of Paypal payment you can pay in EUR only, payment in cash at arrival you may pay in EUR and CZK

Can I pay online for any of the services I have used?

Yes, you can pay online by card or by PayPal, or, if it is more convenient for you, we can send you the PayPal money request via e-mail.

What happens to my credit card details if I use the Online Booking Form?

Your details are safe. If you use the booking form on our website, you will fill in a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) form, ensuring that communication between you and our website will be encoded and the information will be available to no one apart from us.

Will I automatically receive an invoice from you?

As most of our clients are tourists, they usually do not request an invoice. But if your require one, we will be happy to send it to you. Please ask for it in advance.

What if I have a reservation and I arrive after 21.00?

It’s no problem to arrange a late check-in. Please bear in mind that we treat it as an additional service, which costs CZK 350 (approx. EUR 15).

When do I pay for the transport to or from the airport?

It should be paid directly to the driver upon arrival, in cash (CZK or EUR).

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

Please note that any cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation conditions depend on the owner of the apartment you have booked, but usually if you cancel the reservation two weeks or more in advance, the cancellation is free. If you cancel within less than two weeks, the cancellation fee is the price of the first night, or the whole amount if you cancel upon arrival.

Do you offer a special price if I book an apartment on a long-term basis or as group accommodation?

Yes. We would be happy to offer you significant discounts in such cases; just send us your request and we will send you details of our best deals.

Can I obtain a discount for making an early reservation?

Yes, we are ready to offer you 2% discount for a reservation made well in advance (3 months or earlier before your stay). This offer applies to our Facebook fans. You can also find out more in our Special offers.

 

SERVICES

How can I get from the airport to the chosen apartment?

We are happy to offer you our transfer service. If you book it, our driver will wait for you at the arrival hall with a paper board in his hands with your name on it. Also we reccommend you to read our blog post How To Get From Airport To Your Prague Apartment.

If I have any questions or problems while I am in Prague, how can I get  help?

PARKING

Is possible to park my car near the apartment?

If you are coming to Prague by car you may want to look for parking places. We strongly recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the secure parking places as listed below, especially for those staying in the city centre. We also reccommend you to read our blog post Parking In Prague.

AIRPORT TRANSPORT

Can you take us to the apartment? 

We offer door-to-door transport in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles (Škoda Superb, Mercedes E or VW Multivan) to and from the airport. This service costs CZK 600 (EUR 25) for up to 4 persons, or CZK 750 (EUR 30) for 5-8 persons.

How will I find the driver?

Our driver will pick you up in the arrival hall at the airport. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Where do I meet the driver when leaving for the airport?

Our driver will pick you up in front of the apartment building.

Which currencies do you accept?

You can pay in cash in EUR and CZK.

When do I pay for transport to the apartment?

The transfer should be paid directly to the driver at arrival, in cash (CZK or EUR).
