Sometimes our guests, either before or during their stay in our Prague apartments, don’t know what range of services we provide. Sometimes a guest is surprised that he is personally welcomed right at the apartment and even that there is a prospective person from our customer care team, who is taking care of them during the whole stay and who they can contact.
But also sometimes a guest is surprised/disappointed, that there is no housemaid in the apartment or even no one to “come right now” or a daily cleaning in the apartment, liftboy, porter, personal taxi driver etc..
To make things clear, please check the list of services what we do provide and what we don’t. Please read it carefully before you make the booking. If you find out you wouldn’t be cared as in the hotel, you are right and you should go to book some hotel accommodation. Frankly, we provide our self catering apartments in Prague to people who is looking for more independence, privacy and “local home feeling” than to people looking for a five stars hotel services.
Anyway we are here for you 24 hours a day during your whole stay and we will be more than happy to make your stay as much easy and comfortable as possible.
What services we provide:
Airport / apartment pickup service – we offer a pickup service from/to Prague airport for 600 CZK/one way for up to 4 persons (approx. 24 EUR according to the actual exchange rate). Also we can arrange a minivan for 5 to 8 people (750 CZK/one way). If interested, please send us your flight details (arrival time, flight number, name of airlines). The driver will be waiting in arrival hall with a sign with your name.
Personal greeting at the apartment – there is always someone from our staff waiting on you right in the apartment. For this reason we will always contact you before your arrival in regards of your arrival time.
Customer care team – there will be always prospective person who will meet you, who you can call or write any time any request or question you might have.
24 hours help line – maybe you forget how to turn on the washing machine or a heating (even there is a user manual in the apartmemt) or the fuses are off. Please don’t panic, the situation is never so difficult as it looks like, we will always make our best to help you.
Tourist informations – we can help you to find a way, a guide, tickets and any other informations.
Extra cleaning of the apartment – when staying more than 3 nights, we will offer you an extra cleaning for free.
Changing of towels – on your previous request we will change your used towels for new ones.
Free luggage room – when staying at Wenceslas Square and checking in/out early/late.
Early check-in – on your previous request, vacancy of the apartment and current possibilities of our staff (we have our daily duties but will do our best to meet your needs).
Late check-in – possible 24 hours a day (except of Wenceslas Square we require a 20 EUR fee after 20 pm).
Late checkout – on your previous request, vacancy of the apartment and current possibilities (a charge may apply).
Welcome book – our greeter will show you entire apartment and its equipment but for sure you will not remember all the info. We have left on the table a welcome book with a sumary of house rules, checking procedures, basic info about our Prague apartment and local stores, culture etc.
User manual at each apartment – the same as welcome book, this is exactly for all technical equipment.
